The note 20 ultra and the s20 ultra share some similar features when it some to specifications. They both have big screens, large camera bump and sophisticated camera system,very nice though.

The note series are entirely in a different class of their own but, addition of an s-pen makes it more gorgeous  and special.
For an s-pen to be used efficiently, the screen has to larger to accommodate your work.

Infinity-O Display (3088x1440) 496 ppi ,HDR10+ certified and 120Hz refresh rate and weighs just 208g. It's very interesting to get  a 120hz display in a device like this because its going to make it faster and very responsive as well while using the s-pen on it.
The display alone is a huge selling point for this device, getting something as good as this can make the users overlook any other flaws he/she might see on the smartphone.
 Apart from that, it's thin at 8.1 mm thin and 77.2 mm wide. The 6.9 inches size is very large that any addition to the size would have made it " a note 20 ultra tablet"

The s-pen has a dimension of 5.8 x 4.35 x 105.08mm ,weighs 3.04g and pressure level of  4096. It's also Bluetooth enabled with the tip diameter being just 0.7mm.
 With all these specifications,it will be better if it would be compartible with other Samsung products.
It's an amazing device with great features and high price, battery capacity is relatively manageable for a device it's size. It comes with 4500 mAh battery, improved wireless charging, USB PD 3.0 certified Fast Charging for wired charging according to Samsung. It can last for long periods or even longer depending on what you do with it .
The word "ultra" simply indicates how extreme it is in terms of specifications and performance, the camera system is pretty good with a triple camera system. It consists of 12MP Ultra Wide Camera, 108MP Wide-angle Camera,12MP Telephoto Camera and  Laser AF Sensor.
That's very nice I must say, you can shoot high quality video with  and take good photos too. Samsung products are good,they like trying out may things. The company make alot for electronic devices , being able to deliver in various aspects makes things better, they make Chromebooks, tablets, windows laptops, tv sets and much more. It's obvious they are not limited to one area.
When it comes to Android tablets, Samsung products are basically among the best,they are humble enough to learn and apply the knowledge they acquiring from various research.

The note 20 ultra features 5g network, WiFi, Bluetooth and LTE. It supports one nano SIM and a micro SD card slot for memory expansion. Like other flagship phones, you won't find the headphone jack. All you'll find is one port, speaker, mic and the S-pen slot.
