why tablets with cellular network are better

Most people have mixed feelings about getting tablets with no cellular network built in, even if wifi connection is fast or faster for browsing and downloading files it cannot be a good substitute for cellular network or LTE.
Tablets are basically more like smartphones but the major difference is the size and software it operates with, using a tablet with a cellular network can make the device incomp to to some extent. Recently produced tablets struggles earnestly to serve as laptop replacements that's why companies include accessories like keyboard, stylus and other tools you can use in a laptop.
Traditional laptops don't come with cell or LTE network and that's most of the feature you'll see in some new tablets.
Wi-Fi has it's own limitations because you may not find it in some places when it's needed.
Tablets can also be used as smartphones and laptops as well without compromising the other, making calls won't be a problem since there are a good number of wireless headphones and earbuds one can choose from. Pen or pencil support I a good feature which you can't find in some  smartphones,it can still be handled since universal stylus pen has been created. Some phones like the Samsung Galaxy note series smartphones has impressive pen input and some desktop feature.
This desktop feature allows you to connect the device to a big monitor to improve the work flow, that means that smartphones are Even getting to the level of being a good substitute for a personal or desktop computer. Companies like HP and Samsung has added this into some of their products especially smartphones.

Cellular networks are very essential for any device directly or indirectly, tablets with cellular networks are equipped with some things like phones books and some other features you get in cell phones. You can make Cally ,send text messages other task just like a a normal phone while it still retains other features.
Having an LTE or cellular network on device doesn't mean it won't have a WiFi connection, both being present give more power to the tablet and other benefits like all round internet connection and versatility for the tablet.
Tablets with cellular connection tends to be more expensive than their WiFi counterparts that's to tell you how important and useful it can be.

With that said, it's very important to look out for most of these features before purchasing a tablet. It's supposed to be used for numerous things apart from some laptop or desktop functions but also as a smartphone.
